• PRE-DESIGN

➢ An in-depth analysis of the client’s design brief and requirements. This includes interviews with the client to confirm project details.

➢ A thorough site assessment and survey in order to prepare for Preliminary Space Planning Conceptualization.

Following the approval of the initial design stage, we incorporate all of the information, requirements, and wishes of our clients in to the final drawing process. ➢ Fully develop the conceptual designs into detailed plans with elevation and 3-D visual (if required) drawings

➢ Present and discuss final material sample boards and furniture details.

➢ Develop M&E and all construction drawings for submission to the relevant authorities.
